Last I read, like already stated, this is an act, but for a reason, if I remember right its for a comedy documentary of sorts, similar to Borat.

"rap artist" is an oxymoron. Rap is dead.

Joaquin got robbed of his best actor academy award in "Walk the Line" by those who thought that it was--as stated by Chris Rock--"Ray with white people". I think he realized what the entire Hollywood motion picture industry is: high school with money; dorks who wanted to be cool to get the hottie drama queens. Phillip Seymour Hoffman playing truman capote.......hell, it is pretty formulaic to win an oscar these days. Jessica Simpson could play _________ and win the oscar.....it isn't about acting ability, it is about agenda.

I like joaquin and other anti-hollywood-establishment, non-group-thinkers. You go, white boy. Maybe he will do Surreal Life....I always thought it would be great for an A-lister or a B-lister actor to do that show and surreptitiously make a counter mockumentary.
