Actually, the owner's name is Iwan. He's there basically anytime the place is open. And he is awesome.

The food is spectacular. He usually has some specials on a chalkboard somewhere in there, of the Indonesian sort. You can get either Indonesian or Chinese (Mandarin?) cuisine there. I think the Indonesian dishes tend to require a little more bravery, or just expect something in a peanut sauce.

The sesame chicken is the best I've ever had; it may not be on the menu but he'll make anything you want.

My apologies, I only made copies for the guy, and he was a helluva lot of fun to talk to when he came in. I worked 3rd shift when I met him. He always gives me a free beer when I go in there since I helped him so much.
