Im sure its the ability of walking into the store. But I also see that as a negative. I like to be able to stream my movies as well. I dont want to drive all the way to the store to get movies.

My wife and I have the 2 per month plan. We only pay $4.99 a month and we don't watch a ton of movies...but we enjoy this plan. It is so nice to just open the mailbox and have a movie, watch it when you have time and then put it back in the mailbox. Love it!

I've been considering this for some time. I live in Ankeny. How often can I turn DVD's around? I know it's a subscription but is there a contract like a cell phone or is it truly month to month.

No contract. The thing thats nice is that you can change your subscription at any time. During the summer we up it since no shows are on and during the winter, we lower it.

You live in Florida, there are far more Blockbuster locations there than anywhere else. I could see it being a little better there.

You can cancel at any time. Normally, if you put a DVD in the mail on Tuesday you will have one back on Thursday.

Flat monthly fee according to your plan. Mine is about $16 a month. I get at least 30 movies each month. About .50 a movie.

I renew my subscription in April every year when the new TV shows end, and then drop it in November.

I'd like to have it, but we want to figure out how much our apartment is going to run us each month next year first. We decided DVR was more important

For people like me, the kind that avoids television (LOST and sports being the exception), Netflix was sent by GOD.

Wait time is not strictly based on how long you have been a customer. It's a formula based on how long you have been a customer, how many movies you go through, and the package you have. If you have the one at a time unlimited and go through a ton of movies, it will take longer if others want your movie.
