Might be an interesting idea for a movie there... have a bunch of little stories all tied together by a message board and how people may randomly cross paths and not even know it...

I have always kicked around writing a play called "Coach's Radio Talk Show", that had a similar premise. Central to my story would be a "Tommy from Des Moines" character who is from a rival school, and starts as a hostile caller, and kind of pathetic, but turns out to become friends with the coach over time, in a one call a week relationship.

You could do the same thing with a message board, not too differently.
