pretty sure this isn't a child's puzzle...somebody just put that on there to make people feel dumb if they don't get it. I've seen it (using blocks) online before, but also as one of those handheld puzzles using golf tees....

and it's not a computer test.....it's a logic test :-)

and when you complete it...the congratulations message is in spanish....so no.
