On CW (23 in Des Moines), there is a guy that, if he wins, wants to buy the bar from his college town. Des Moines, IA. I'm a little behind, on DVR, watching. It was just kinda background noise, but then I heard him say Des Moines, so I started paying attention...

Nope. He actually said Des Moines, Iowa. When I heard Des Moines, I rewound the DVR to make sure that's what he said. Although, I've never really thought of Des Moines as a "college town"

It's really sad. I never really think of Des Moines unless I'm getting taken to a favorite resturant. Even as a kid living 15 minutes away I never really went there except to shop or eat in WDM.
