There was a nice old lady by the name of Grace Jungling that made the potato salad for my parents' yearly client appreciation supper. Best potato salad EVAHHHHHHHHH!

My mom's, no mustard.

I hate onions so I can't get potato salad anywhere but my grandma's kitchen.

My grandmother's/mom's. Potatoes, carrots, Helleman's. That's it. None of this mustard, none of this hard-boiled egg. It's what potato salad should be - potatoes.

My mother uses red potatos, mustard, mayo, adobo, cayenne pepper...and deviled eggs. It's the only type of potato salad I'll eat. You can keep your pickle relish, potato salad snobs.
