Biggest Loser - Milwaukee style - help out a cyclone fan
Hello Cyclone fans.
I have been selected for a local 'biggest loser" style competition in Milwaukee where I will be working with a trainer over 5 months to transform my health and fitness. I currently weigh 340-350lbs and have a 58" waist. I am very excited for this opportunity.
Different from the show, the winner is selected by the public via online voting. Anyhoo, If you would be interested in following my progress and supporting a fellow CFer, here is the website. Fitness Together Contest
Thanks,
Michael

Good for you! I see by your signature line you've already overcome one obstacle in life, so you can use that as motivation ! Good Luck!

Good luck, Michael! I'll definitely help out.
Now, I have to apologize in advance, but considering the subject matter, I did laugh out loud at your sig (more specifically the part where you "grew" to be a Cyclone.
Seriously though, good luck un-growing! (but keep the Cyclone part)

Good luck dude! You'll be amazed at how much progress you can make in 5 months if you stick with your meal plans and the exercise. I've been told reaching your fitness goals is 80% what you eat as opposed to how hard you work out, keep that in mind. I'm always proud of people when they take this head on.

Dude, that's quite a complement. Kinda like your coach telling everyone at the post-season banquet that you did well, considering what you had to work with.

Re: Biggest Loser - Milwaukee style - help out a cyclone fan
Thanks for the support everyone. Thank you Geronimus Clone for signing into my blog. Update - I have lost 27 lbs and 5 waist inches, 8 inches at the hip in my first 6 weeks.
I NEED VOTES TO WIN, I am soliciting my fellow Cyclone fans to help me out.
IF I win, even though unemployed currently, I will be so overjoyed that I will donate $100 to Cyclone Fanatic.
VOTE HERE once a day ( i know creating the account stinks) http://jsonline.upickem.net/engine/V...contestid=4921
I wouldn't be asking for votes if I didn't feel I was doing my best, but if you look you will see so far I have the best results and the best by far blog. Also, I am looking for fun video blog ideas, so if you have any, let me know.
