Update: Per Greg Chance(ops manager) at station they are "dealing with this serious matter internally". Kinda sounds like he called Captain Kirk for advice.

Even ESPN radio has commercials. And I don't like commercials. Especially on XM. It's usually one about "all natural male enhancement" and that just makes me feel bad.

For the record he's also taking the Kirk path because this is like 5 times Marty has had a serious matter handled internally. Hello McFly, it's not working.

Is that really a difficult question to answer? It is because we're hungry for LOCAL sports talk.

Yes we all want better, but what choice to we have? I listen to 1700 as an alternative sometimes, but I’m having trouble remembering the last time the likes of Pollard, John Walters, any ISU coach or athlete, etc. was featured on the Mike and Mike show.

I heard it too. Marty was really going off on Cotlar. In addition to the curse words, I heard him say something about Cotlar having 2 press passes....something about a high school tournament (don't know if he was referring to the boys or girls basketball tourneys or the tourney Drake was in)...told Cotlar to get the F out of the studio...you're an F'n AH... something about getting fired (not sure how it was referenced....if it meant Marty or Cotlar)

Couldn't make out what Cotlar said, but he wasn't cursing.

It was going on when the show came on the air but you couldn't hear them anymore. Jon Miller introduced the show and was laughing his first few sentences. Ken then spoke up in the intro and said Marty will be with us in a little while. Hilarious!

I always thought it'd be funny if Cotlar and Marty staged a fake fued on their respective shows, but I guess it's too close to the truth.

I sent Larry an email bcause from what I heard he was decent to the guy. Here is what he said.

"Marty came in the studio and started cursing me out. that's what happened. I didn't much appreciate it either.
