Jon Miller
Since this is now over, what are your thoughts on what has happened over on KXnO

Re: Jon Miller
Good luck getting an answer regarding this. He'll either stay out of it (my guess) or he'll go company line....

Re: Jon Miller
This whole thing reminds me of the Simpsons episode where Krusty (Jon Miller) is broadcasting out of a shack in the desert because he's the only show on the air.
But seriously, Jon Miller would probably be better off by keeping quiet about F-gate.

He'll comment when they tell him he can.

Re: Jon Miller
Jon has said KXNO is commited to local programming. That's all they will say at this point.
Great interview with BF yesterday, Jon.

Great interview with BF yesterday, Jon. Even though I don't like his Iowa rhetoric, I like Jon Miller. The Fennelly interview was great.

Re: Jon Miller
I want to talk about it. But given that it's a personnel matter, the corporation has strict guidelines on that, and I am unable to talk about it right now. But we love local programming here, and that is going to remain a part of what we do.

They are no longer employees and for that reason the station has no control over them. Aside, the only way you are going to be able to get a accurate summery of what happened is through Jon.
I feel sorry for Jon, caught right in the middle. I'm guessing that part of the reason for the gag order is because of the FCC.

Re: Jon Miller
Jon, did you seriously agree with Van that if SA had stayed that he might have turned the corner with the recruits he had?

I said after the first year that Neal was there, even though I was not a fan with many of the things that had been said from those two, that there was clearly a change coming about in the program.
After year one of Neal and Alford, I remember being nervous that they ,might leave after finally getting things on firmer footing...that was until Alford said that they had never spoken with Mizzou, which I knew was untrue, and I had grown tired of stuff like that.
