Good, I hope they win and that DA loses his job. Where's the common sense?

Re: Girls Facing Porn Charges Sue D.A.
rediculous on the DA's part for even pursuing this!

No way to stop it. Kids and hormones will rule out. I don't like it, but it's gonna happen.

Be real men and blame them both.
I blame both of them for your failure to blame properly. They haven't trained you right.

I'm not saying I agree with the lawsuit...but at the same time, the DA needs to practice some common sense. Bringing each party in one by one...and explaining the possible ramifications of this would be a whole lot more fitting. If these kids were over 18...different story. Letting the kids know they screwed up and that it is a serious crime first I think would go a long ways. I can not believe the amount of idiocy going on in the news lately. This guy...and then just the other day...the Dallas police office that would not allow the Texans RB Moats to be at the bed side of his dying mother in law. I mean seriously, the guy runs a red light and ends up at a hospital...you would think maybe a light would go off and there is an emergency in the family......Some people's kids....

As a school employee, I can say that "Sexting" is definitely a problem.

Saw that full story on ESPN this morning. The nurses came out three times to bring him in before the woman passed away, and even another policeman intercedes, and nothing dissuades that idiot. That was really horrible. Originally Posted by cycopath25 As a school employee, I can say that "Sexting" is definitely a problem. I'm glad I don't have to know how bad it is, but teens and technology can't be a good fit.

I'm pretty sure that, generally, people in certain classifications aren't allowed to be charged for breaking laws that were meant to protect them. For example, if a 21 year old and a 15 year old have sex, you can't charge the 15 year old with statutory rape, or anything for that matter. Therefore, I wouldn't think you could charge a 14 year old who distributed pics of themselves, for child pornography.
In 1984, I was hospitalized for approaching perfection.
