Re: Heroes
I have to admit I'm starting to get bored with Heroes as well. Still waiting for it to "wow" me, and it missed on most counts. About the only thing that's keeping me interested at the moment is, as others have said, Sylar being in Parkman's head.
And the season premiere of House wasn't much better, either. The good news is it was pretty much a throw-away episode just showing his rehab so they don't have to address it throughout the entire season. The bad thing is that House is now clean - The fact that he was a pill-popping junkie for several seasons drove the storyline for those seasons. Does he become boring now?
Chuck Lidell: I paint my toenails with pink and black polish. Problem is, I get more paint on my toes and on the carpet than on my nails. Any advice? Maria Sharapova: Don't you beat up other guys for a living? I don't know how to answer this. -

Yeah but I'm not convinced "Sylers body" will become Syler because the Syler personality is still in Parkman's head. I believe the Syler at the carnival is actually going to be Gabriel (pre psycho killer) with the abilities. Of course, all it will take is for Parkman to put the Syler personality back into his body.

That's possible. We all know, though, that they'll put Sylar back together again. I hate it for that carnival when that happens. Sure, I think they're bad guys in this thing, but they have no idea what they're going to be messing with.
That said, I miss multi-power Peter, instead of the one-power Nemesis Kid version.

Re: Heroes
Dont forget, in one future, Syler was a good guy with a child. This could very well be where its going. The carnival guy is a badass. It will be hard for anyone to stop him with his ability to maniuplate the environment and Peter still only able to use one power at a time.

Re: Heroes
I'll admit, this show is starting to draw me back in. I'm sure it will get me just interested enough to **** me off with some stupid plot development (or lack thereof).

Re: Heroes
I really hate what they did with Suresh. They took a good deep character and fluffed him. He hasnt been on this season so I wonder if they are taking special care on how to re-establish him. He was the focal point of the show. It was his quest, and they deviated from that. Im glad it has its old writers back.

I wasnt bothered so much that they gave him powers, but its how they did and where it went from there. They should have flushed that out a little.

It was his lack of interpersonal discernment that always troubled me (Sorry, I felt the need for big words, and I don't really know why).
Everybody knew that he shouldn't trust whichever person made him an offer, but that would always be the one he'd jump to trust, even to the point of turning his back on someone who's proven multiple times that he's earned D'ohinder's trust.

Re: Heroes
While they always bring enough new stuff along to make it interesting I find the story a bit meandering and sloppy. Its like they don't even know where they are going so they just throw a lot of **** out there just in case. Dial a hero? Really?
Nothing to see here mods. Keep moving. -

I think they ulimately have a plan for Hiro and Ando, otherwise their parts would be smaller. This dying plot they have going may be interesting.

He essentially mutated saved the good guys partially and then went into hiding. They all kind of went of and restarted normal lives, so Im assuming he is too.
