Ok, using gas to clean your apartment? Duh. But tosing a lit cig at anything INSIDE your apartment?? I'm thinking he didnt care too much if it burnt down.

My favorite part is where he just yells fire a couple of times instead of pulling the fire alarm.

Wouldn't have been that big of a deal if there were no fumes. I've heard of incidences where people put out cigarettes in gasoline. Unfortunately for this tool (and those living in the complex), there were fumes...

EDIT - upon reading that he flicked the cigarette in the apartment, he certainly deserves the "Tool" title...
