I'd think about it. I've always assumed that the customers were local culinary students invited to the place, based on the comments that they make.

I'd be tempted....but I would also wonder if the "show" would be worth the cost and maybe not getting any food.

I would go there in a minute, but I think I would prefer to be there towards the "end of the season," when the talent level is at a premium.
I imagine that once the camera's are shut down, everyone and everything is probably accessible to scrutiny. Would love to check out the kitchen, do a meet and greet, that kind of thing.
The four people who remain this week are talented. Have you ever been challenged to taste a dish and then recreate that product successfully in thirty minutes? Yikes.
