    camera help

    I have a cheep Kodak digital camera and the screen got broke somehow. It has a simple viewfinder, but there is a setting wrong and I'm unable to change it because the screen is unreadable. I don't want to spend money on a new camera right now, is there anyway that I can use my computer screen?

    No... But if you found an identical camera you could press the same buttons in order to change the setting.

    Yeah you're probably a bit hosed there.

    You could swap out the LCD. It's generally not too hard to do. What setting is wrong?

    That is probably what I'll end up doing, I'll have to wait awhile to buy a new one.
