You guys crack me up that use these pointless threads thinking you are taking shots at him. All you really are doing is letting him know that you are there listening consistently. I guess if that was the point good work! I like the different views that Deace and Miller present on their show, so no ******* hear.

No kidding. Aside from Brackins staying and Cael leaving, have they even mentioned anything outside of Iowa and the Big Ten, sports related?

I actually enjoy their show and think they have the best local show going right now. What do you want them to talk about concerning Iowa State right now. I'm glad it's all quiet up in Ames.

Look at the front page of this board- Cyclonefanatic is barely talking about the cyclones right now.

I enjoy the show too but they do talk too much Big 10. I only listen for 15 minutes on my drive to work (around 7:10) and I would bet that 3-4 times out of the last 2 weeks they have talked Iowa/Michigan/Big 10 football.

I liked their discussion about home field advantage today but how hard would it be to come up with similar #s for the Big 12?

They brought up good points about the Favre situation I had never heard today.

I usually listen from 7-7:10 and so far this week it's been about movies.

I caught them from around 7:30 until the end of the show (including the 10-minute segment at the end that is always commercials, sports report, and weather/traffic), and it was basically Michigan/Iowa. I did learn that Iowa is something like 10-44-1 against Michigan over the years. I love college football, so any college football talk will catch my attention, but as some of the posters mentioned, it would be nice if just a little bit of their football discussions were of Big-12 interest instead of Little 11.

I do enjoy their show though, and don't want to be too critical. We could go back to that lousy national programming, I suppose.

I listen every morning during my 35 minute commute. I NEVER listened to KXNO in the morning before. Deace and Miller are great together. KXNO really upgraded their radio if you ask me. I don't even listen to NPR in the morning anymore.

Agreed. Who cares what they talk about. It was good radio this morning. They can make mundane stuff that I would normally despise pretty entertaining. For example, their basketball game challenge talk this morning was really funny.

I really haven't heard enough of Jon and Steve to have an opinion, but the little bit I have heard has been ok... Matt and Miller have been very good and is a big upgrade over Marty and Miller... The afternoon show, Murph and Andy, has become almost unlistenable though.
