That would make sense, and would explain why all these people are "drawn" to the island. The Black Rock is the first group, and the anti-Jacob tries to get them to kill Jacob, Jacob gets people to combat the Black Rockers, and on and on. Dharma vs. Others, Losties vs. Freighters, etc.

Who was the bandaged girl that Jacob spoke to?

How do the new crash people know so much about the island?

The leader of the new people is she the one that arrested Sayid at least she looks like her? If not, what happened to her?

All of your questions are related. The bandaged girl and the leader of the Ajira passengers is Ilana (or Iliana--not sure of the spelling). And yes, she was also the woman who arrested Sayid. Remember that Jacob had told her when he visited her that he needed her help. I'm guessing he must have told her what to do and that's how the Ajira people know so much about the island.

I have a couple of other questions about her: Why was she bandaged when Jacob visited her? And did she and Jacob already know each other when he visited? It seemed like they did.

What does Locke/Anti-Jacob have planned for his followers? He made a reference to Richard about what they'd have to do to them. Then later said something to the followers along the lines of "you need to be rested for what I have planned for you."

My guess is that the people that are coming for Locke/Anti-Jacob (maybe we should just call him Esau) are the Ajira crew once they'd figured out what was going on. That makes more sense in context than aliens, although that would be fitting for the show.

Great episode. Really wish they had a full season and started back up in October...

Also, you guys are focusing on the entirely wrong pressing question raised by the finale. If the group in '77 somehow survive the blast like everyone survived the explosion of the Swan in 2004, who gets Kate?

Did you see the name of the gas station Kate was at? Said Ames something.

I am getting increasingly annoyed by Kate's character. I was really hoping she would get the axe this year.
