Best hot dog
Sarah Lee who makes Ball Park Franks is suing Kraft Foods, the maker of Oscar Mayer hot dogs, for false advertising. In the ads at issue, Kraft claims that one particular Oscar Mayer hot dog tastes better than Ball Parks’ hot dogs.

Ball park cheese franks > all other hot dogs.

Not only do we make a better frank than Hebrew national, (The last national ranking we had two different kinds of hotdogs ranked ahead of theirs) but a lot of companies do. The best hotdogs are made with beef, pork and chickens, or at least beef and pork. Hebrew national, as well as the company I work for, cannot use pork.

The suit also claims Oscar Mayer's contention that its Jumbo Beef franks are "100 percent pure beef" is false because they contain a host of other ingredients.
Obviously the beef franks aren't 100% pure beef. If they were, they'd be hamburgers. What does that claim mean? The beef we use is 100% pure beef?

Meaning that the source meat is 100% beef. Which would be correct. However they do put other ingredient into it and emulsify it to form the hotdog. So in a sense they are both correct.

And because you work for the competition, your opinion is biased and can't be relied upon... Originally Posted by JonDMiller Dosry, You know what? I think I'll agree with you :) Originally Posted by bos You sir are a legend.
