    I've been to the one in Newton a few times. It's a great time. Bring some beer and food and enjoy, but the concession stand is fairly expensive. As far as sound goes, we usually just crank up the car radio. One time we went with a person who hooked up his loudspeaker and set it outside of his truck so that it was clearly audible.
    Another thing to bring: Bug spray!!!!!!!

    There was one on SE 14th in Des Moines, Pioneer I think it was called. We use to sneak in by hiding in the trunk.
    I think we got caught every other time. All they did was make you pay so it was worth the risk just for the rush. Good times, good times.

    I drove by it multiple times this weekend coming and going from a baseball tournament. The screen's still up but the lot's used by a RV dealer; looks like it's been closed for years. Good times back in the day...
