I'm heading to Iowa City in about an hour or so. I had my first beer around 9:45AM this morning. We'll see what happens. Wish me luck.

There was discussion of me "honoring" Kinnick in a very special way. It's almost 2 miles from my friend's house, so I don't know if I will make it all the way there. I'll have to find some other piece of Hawk paraphenalia to "honor" if I don't make it to Kinnick.

And the thread kind of got derailed after that (looks around whistling).

Godspeed. I'll be sure to check out the news tonight to see if there are any stories of steaming poo on or around Kinnick.

2 years ago, yes. I have mellowed in my Hawk hate, even though you wouldn't guess it from my spars w/you and DJK. I'm wearing my Big Lebowski shirt. It has a sillouhette of Walter's head with "Mark it zero dude" above his head...

Whitey's is solid. Waaaaaay better spot for mid day munching than that schwag burrito joint up the street (i hate panchero's).
