Plug for sister in law's new nutrition web site

If anyone is interested, my sister and brother in law just launched a new web site to help people eat better and cut a lot of the clutter and confusion with doing so. It basically gives a list of things to eat at popular restaurants that are under 500 calories or less. It makes eating out a lot easier, without eating 2000+ calories. Anyway I'm just trying to do a favor for them so check it out if you are interested. They are both ISU grads , and my sister in law is a registered dietitian living in KC. They are pretty excited about their new venture as she has 3 kids and wants to work from home. Thanks.

Yeah, I think they have a pretty good idea. It makes eating out a little easier. Hopefully it takes off for them.

Thanks everyone for checking out my sis and bro in law's web site. They were pretty excited about the traffic CF brought in. It's a helpful website if you are interested in good health. They just need people to find it. Thanks again.
