State Fair Photography

I know there is a lot of people on CycloneFanatic interested in Photography but, is anyone entering photos in the State Fair. I am entering a courthouse for the main theme and another of a bird I took that was in our front yard tree.

My wife and I are entering some photos we took in Ireland. To say we are even "amature" photographers would be a stretch.

I didn't know they had an "adult" category.....

Yeah they have an Adult and a kids class. I am entering in the kids since I am under 17.

Thought about it, but would really be for self promotion. Since the logos/watermarks can't be on the image (and I don't think it can be displayed even around the image), I likely won't.

I love going to look at the photos in the Cultural building. I would like to enter some year, but 1) don't think anything I've taken is decent enough and 2) always seem to forget about it until the deadline is past.
