Can't get fat? That sounds like a challenge to me.

Re: The Cure to Obesity?
Hasn't there been a cure forever? That whole exercise/eating right thing. Dunno how many folks have heard of it, but it seems to be pretty effective...

And, how can you cure something that isn't a disease. It is a lifestyle. You choose to be healthy or not.

The article doesn't tout it as a cure.

Tapeworms seem to be relatively effective as well.

I am tall. Tall people are at a greater risk for heart disease. Are you saying that my kids should change their lifestyle so they won't be tall too?

Re: The Cure to Obesity?
My personal cure that has helped me lose 5 pounds so far has been pretty simple. Put down the fork and hop on the eliptical.

Lifting a fork burns calories, and so does chewing. Sleeping burns calories too, which is why I fill up before bedtime... usually KFC, just pull the breading off the chicken and you're good.

Tall isn't something you can choose but, predisposed or not, obese is something you choose. Yes, some must work harder than others, but everyone on this planet can be a healthy weight with the proper eating habits and exercise.

Everyone is skinny, perfect, and exercises 7 days a week on the internet.
Let me be the first to say that I'm fat, balding, graying, and have a lot of chest hair.
