Don't even joke about stuff like that. I missed the last part of stage 3 when the 30-man break happened because they went long on their coverage. I now record an extra hour after the scheduled end to avoid this. Losing the signal altogether would pizz me off.

Based on the water standing by my place, that was the heaviest rain CR has gotten all year.

This has been a sweet year for yard care. I haven't even thought about watering once.

Just woke up (unemployed). After browsing this thread it occurred to me I left the tarp off the boat last night with my car windows down.

    Re: Today's storm

The wife was helping put on a Girl Scout day camp this week outside at a park in Waukee and she called pretty frazzled earlier. Something about having over 100 10 and under girls to move to the high school with a total of 5 vehicles. It was over pretty fast though.

Better then what the 10pm news said NW Iowa got last night. Reported that tennis ball to grapefruit sized hail hit areas up there around Spencer. That would leave a mark.

    8,000 outages in Waterloo.

Omaha had a similar storm two nights ago at 1:15 with 60 mph winds.
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style.

    Re: Today's storm

We were at saylorville yesterday at the tail end of the storm with the dog, it was amazing how much wind was blowing away from the storm, must have been very strong downdrafts or something.
