Drama: Don't watch any of these shows, but I hear a lot of people talking about how good Dexter is. I was surprised The Shield didn't get a nod. If I was betting, I would put my money on Mad Men.

Reality: I like Top Chef, but Amazing Race always wins.

Variety, Muical or Comedy: Don't watch any of these shows, but I will guess Letterman

Comedy: Enterouge and The Office are 2 of my favorite shows. But the voters love 30 Rock, so that's my prediction.

I just hope Steve Carrell finally wins an Emmy......but I'm sure Alec Baldwin will win again.

I like 30 Rock, but I usually just like shows on Pay networks like Showtime or HBO better, they just don't have the same limitations shows on NBC or CBS have and can take more chances which often makes them more funny.

Drama: House and Lost are the only two I have ever seen. Like House, Lost lost me about 5 years ago. My vote goes to House.

Reality: Amazing race is OK but getting redundant, don't like American Idol, DWTS is also becoming stale, have not seen project runway, can't stand Top Chef. If I have to choose, I would go with Amazing Race.

Variety: Don't have the Comedy channel but have enjoyed the Daily Show when I have seen it, haven't seen Colbert, stopped watching Letterman when his monologue became a political campaign, Bill Maher...see Letterman, SNL...see Letterman. Winner: Daily Show. The only show that makes fun of everybody.

Comedy: Entourage, Conchord and Weeds - haven't seen them; Family Guy - irritates me to no end to hear 10 yr. olds quoting a show written for adults - won't watching it.
The Office - I just don't think it is funny.
Same with 30 Rock.
How I met your Mother gets my vote.

I must be out of touch. There just isn't much on this list that I like.

I'm going to have to go with How I Met Your Mother. It's the only one listed that I've ever seen - with the exception of Letterman, which I don't make a habit of watching.

The only ones I watch are out of the variety and comedy categories.
Variety: Daily Show or Colbert Report would be my pick
Comedy: The only one I would be disappointed in would be Family Guy. I still watch the show but think all of the others listed are much better.

I will go with 30 Rock - probably the best show on there and still hasn't "jumped the shark" yet. The Office has definitely gone downhill, same with Flight of the Conchords and Weeds (which peaked like 2-3 years ago... whenever the season 2 finale was). Family Guy... ugh. How I Met Your Mother is pretty funny for a "traditional" laugh-track sitcom. To be honest, I've never really watched Entourage, so I can't judge that.
