Man on the Moon...?
I realize this happened before allot of you were born, but do you believe we really landed a Man on the Moon, or do you believe it was a elaborate hoax on July 20th 1969.... This needs to stay non-polictical....

Re: Man on the Moon...?
We landed on the moon. There really is no discussion.

This needs to be a poll showing which users voted for which option.

Re: Man on the Moon...?
Totally fake. The Trilateral commission is wholly responsible. Check out the klieg lights visible on the left hand side of the shot and the microphone dropping down from the top of the screen. Also, listen for someone off screen feeding Neil Armstrong his line at the 0:06 mark of the video. Shameful.

Yeah, we've been there, a few times.

Re: Man on the Moon...?
Yes, and the one question I always give to those who say otherwise is simply, "If it was a fake, why didn't the Russians disprove it way back in 1969?"
Incidentally, today NASA released some higher-quality clips that have been restored by a Hollywood company (who was responsible for restoring Casablanca, among other films): YouTube - Restored Apollo 11 Apollo 11 Moonwalk Montage -

I'm no stranger to tinfoil conspiracy theories, and you'd know it if you spent any time in the cave. And I think those guys who think we didn't land on the moon are absolutely batcrap crazy.

Re: Man on the Moon...?
I was 8 years old and saw it on television, live. My parents woke me up for it. I know it was real.

Absolutely fake. In fact, NASA's entire budget is just a cover for a secret weapons program. We've never even really been in outer space.

There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves Orcs. ~ John Rogers -

Who cares? I say we blow up the moon so we don't have to worry about werewolves...
Now that MBB is back, do we still have to pretend that WBB matters?
