In discussions focused on the comparison the off-field problems with Iowa football to other programs, I was assured by Iowa fans it was a cultural/campus problem, not lack of control by KF. I would assume someone who has claimed to be "rather ambivalent toward both teams", neither Hawk nor 'Clone, and "an impartial native Iowan chuckling wildly from my front-row seat" would already be in tune with this reasoning.
