    Vandals

    My ISU plates on my car were vandalized last night. Bent all up. Anyone else had this happen to them? Wish I would catch the punk that did this.

    Someone keyed the entire one side of our Honda Pilot recently. It could be a random act of vandalism. But I also wonder if it had anything to do with our ISU alumni plate surround and some other ISU decals, etc. Anyone else suspect that showing off your team support can lead to someone targeting your vehicle?

    Try a rubber mallet to flatten it back out. Worked for me.

    Side thought: This could be a good time to turn in your old plates and get ones with the new I-State logo. It only costs $5.

    Suspect someone is collecting personalized Iowa State plates.

    Found out tonight my neighboor down the street had his bent all up too. We are guessing some punks in the neighboorhood. As much as I want to go out and trash some hawk plates, it would do no good and karma would get me later in life.

    I do like the idea of getting new ones for only $5. I will have to check into it.

    Just called over to story county, and they said bring in the plate and I can get new ones issued to me for $5. Good deal I guess. Just have to deal with the hassel.
