Favorite hot sauce

I can't think of the name, but there's a "napalm-burning" sauce that is well over 700,000 scoval units. It's the kind of sauce you add to food with an eye-dropper. (Beyond Durkee's® ...i think)

Yep, I put that on everything. We call it Red Rooster, but its official name is Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce.

I always say that it could make a turd taste good.

Nothing that I have found beats Wing Time for Buffalo Wings. And the stuff is manufactured right here in Steamboat Springs.

When I started this thread I was thinking more universally than for just a sauce for wings.

Wing Time is my favorite hot sauce for wings. However, I wouldn't recommend it for many other food items.

Valentina is the best tasting hot sauce, though it is not super spicy. I get the black label because it is hotter, and you can get it most places with a mexican food aisle.
