I contend that its all about the money. Just like those damn seat belts and turn signals. Just a bunch of greedy cops, lookin to make a quick buck.

I contend that its all about the money. You remind me of the guy that says they are a better drive after 5-6 drinks....

This police comment made me laugh as just last week I saw one of U'dale finest talking on her cell phone, eating a snack bar of some kind and typing on the laptop while driving beside me.
My $.02...far too many ppl just can't multi task well enough to handle talking on phone and driving.
Just last summer I had an old guy yell at ME for talking on my cell phone even though it was him who ran a stop sign and nearly hit me and the only reason he didn't is because I saw it coming (his speed was too fast to be stopping so I took evasive action). Yet when I explained the irony of the situation to him he still didn't get it. (we both were entering same business parking lot hence the reason for confrontation)
