ISU football DVD WTF
Maybe I'm just not a big enough ISU fan or something but this is ridiculous DVD of all 12 regular season games-$244 before Sept. 12 or $288 after 2009 Football DVD Season Ticket - Iowa State DVD Store - Official Team Store
Who would come up with this price and say to themselves "yeah there will be a lot of people willing to pay $240 to see ISU on DVD"?

By my may thats about $20 / game - cheaper than season tickets and an alternative for those that can't make games (farmers, people who live too far away)
May not be a huge demand for it, but there is probably some market for it
Oh we will fight, fight, fight for Iowa State, and may her colors ever fly!!! In Accordance with Prophecy -

I thought the same thing.

Re: ISU football DVD WTF
I'd consider buying it for $50.00 or less, but anything over $100 is outrageous, especially considering the prevalence of DVR in this day and age...

Re: ISU football DVD WTF
Since it is being marketed as a "season ticket" of sorts to those who cannot make the games, I am not surprised that they are charging that much for it, but it still ridiculous. For the amount of content on each disc, the price should really not exceed $10 per.
Disappointed there is no Blu-ray though. -
Re: ISU football DVD WTF
Do you think they lay the audio of John Walters over the video and cut plays like they do on Mediacom Replays -
Re: ISU football DVD WTF
I save money by only buying DVDs of the wins.

I'm guessing they sold pretty well last year for them to be doing it again this year.
41-51 Record in CF Mafia. The most games played and wins by any player in Cyclone Fanatic History. Yes, I'm a nerd. -
