I heard Kanye cried...thats all I heard
I wish that someone would have told me that Jay Leno had a show. Now that I missed the first one, I'll never catch up to the story. Oh well...
I did watch. Kanye did get emotional when asked about how his mom would respond to his actions.
Overall the show was no different than Leno's previous gig on the tonight show except it did seem a little more laid back.
For the time slot it's at, I may actually continue to tune in. But is it on at that time every night?
Jay Leno = Dr Phil Primetime
It wasn't too bad. If you liked Leno before, you'll like him now. If you didn't, I'm sure the show wasn't too appealing. It did have a more relaxed feel. Almost like a radio show type feel.
I noticed Jay has lost some weight - looks great, 10 years younger.
It was mediocre. I'll give him time, but it wasnt up to his usual.. nor was it as good as conan.
He doesn't have a desk anymore...
and "Headlines" were near the end of the show...
Was Jay Leno on it? Yes? Well then it was decidedly terrible.
It seemed a little off to me. Maybe it was just me, but it seemed kind of awkward at times. It'll get better, and I agree that it definitely had a more laid back feel, which fit's Leno's "your uncle with a TV show" appeal.
I disliked Jay's late night show almost solely because of his attempts at comedy bits (Jaywalking in particular) so I can't imagine I will like this much.
I only caught the part with Kanye West, so I'm not sure what to think yet. I'm hopeful it's not all like the commercials, which seems to amount to asking questions of stupid people so that we can laugh at them.
