Animal Control Officer Jake Appel says leaving a dead animal is immature and illegal. One is a fact and one is "just like your opinion man."
Last night on the ABC news the local broadcasters opened up the night with this story saying something like "Tonight, a prank that is totally inexcusable and sick was played on another Siouxland couple when they dressed a dead deer up as a clown and left him st the doorstep." Then they said no one found this amusing at all.
Then they go to the guy whose house it was, and he did all he could not to totally laugh his arse off on camera. Then they go to an animal control person, and this person was about laughing his can off as well. The whole thing was such a ridiculous story but everyone was damn near in tears but the ANCHORS

One time I pulled up to a boat ramp on the Missouri River to go fishing. The ramp's parking lot was a big party spot.
There was a couch sitting in the parking lot from the night before. Someone had propped up a dead coyote on the couch, with a cigarette in his mouth and a beer wrapped between two of its paws! Hilarious.
Small town, but in the past a 'red' farmer placed a dead deer in the combine of a 'green' farmer.
Those that understand the red vs green debate get the humor.
