    ABC Today?

    Is anybody else not able to get any ABC reception today? I'm not getting anything but a black screen and all my other channels have been working. I'm in Ankeny. I'd love to watch UT-OU but just can't right now.

    Not sure if you're referring to cable/directv, but I have Mediacom (in West Des Moines) and I'm able to get ABC.

    I'm getting channel 5 on both antenna and Directv. I live about 50 miles north of you.

    Anyone else think there's just something "different" about the ABC broadcasts this year? Almost looks more like I'm watching a movie instead of a game, and I've noticed it in previous games. It's like the cameras are different than other channels/broadcasts. Is it HD broadcasts and just looks weird b/c I don't have an HDTV?

    Are you referring to the camera angles that sweep the width of the field which gives it a bit of a cinematic experience?
    The campaign starts now. November 6, 2012.
