One of my kids can't decide between a vampire and a pirate, so I think I'm going to make him be a vampirate. Should be awesome.

My wife is dragging me to my first ever costume party...I am wearing a jail-issued orange jumpsuit! I bought some iron-on letters and on the back wrote "Hawkeye Football - Team Issued".
By the way, my wife is a Hawk fan...

I saw this on a FB post and I think I may "borrow" the idea. Dress as a golfer with the knickers, plaid socks, sweater vest and all, topped off with a sombrero....the Golf of Mexico. I thought it sounded good, can't really think of much else, especially since we always wait till the last week to get our costumes.

The best ever was this Asian guy in Ames that had a camera around his neck and told me he was a Japanese tourist.
