Questions for Chris W

Is CF going to be your only job now?
Are you going to try to get on the radio more now because of the changes?
Are you going to cover things on this site like you did on CN? From recruiting to talking about rumors?
Do you still have access to inside info?

I assume you mean Chris W?!?!?!

Yes, CF is my full-time job starting Monday.

I won't cover recruiting like I did on CN but will do a lot like I have been over the past few months.

It's going to be the same ole CF with A LOT more Cyclones content...for FREE.
No, you can't have my SS#.

I think he's said a million times that this site will remain free. Not sure why some people can't understand this and continue to be angry.

Actually they can probably generate more money with ad revenue as opposed to charging for content.

So make sure and click on the ads folks, buy stuff if you want/like/need it, and refresh CF often!

(No I am not getting paid. I am just guessing how their system works.)

It was stated in Jeremy's message that they would be trying to tap into local opprunities for advertisement. That was part of his reason for selling. He wanted those opportunities to be put to use and he didn't feel he could do the job because of his full time job. I would say the site will run off ad revenue therefor it will be free to us.

This may not be the thread to post this in, but I just want to wish Chris good luck with his new job. I spent a large majority of my childhood in Shenandoah and my mom & step-dad still live in Shen.

For those who don't know, KMA Radio to SW Iowa is what WHO radio means to Central Iowa and considering that Chris grew up in SW Iowa, i'm sure it was hard for Chris to leave KMA.

Chris, I have the KMA news and sports page bookmarked and have read your blog every day. You're a true asset to the Iowa journalism industry (I majored in broadcasting at Iowa Central CC) and i'm sure you will have all sorts of success with your new job.
