Verizon Droid...
Anyone else looking to get this new phone?
It comes out on 11/6. It's getting some serious hype. Droid from Verizon Wireless -
Re: Verizon Droid...
I'd go for the BlackBerry Storm 2 which comes out today. It will be a huge improvement over the current Storm. I don't know if I would buy a Motorola branded smart phone.
Unless you want Android.

Unless you want Android. Have you looked at the features on the Droid? Some pretty impressive stuff.

Unless you want Android. I have the current Storm and really like this new Droid, I will be checking it out as soon as I am eligible for the 2 year plan discount. The specs look amazing....

I was planning on buying the Storm 2, but after I read the Droid reviews and specs, I'm definitely going to be getting the Droid. Looking forward to it!

I think I am liking the possiblities with the Droid more than anything. I also read it has exchange support which I am hoping will let me connect my Military email account(I know it works with Windows Mobile) since it is no longer allowed with the BIS. The Army says they are still trying to bring a solution forward with RIM but who knows how long that will take.
If Verizon would ever get the rights to the iPhone that would make my decision much easier as that has everything I want in a phone on the right network. http://www.cyclonefanatic.com/forum/...e-verizon.html (New BB Storm Update from Verizon) "It is the nature of man to rise to greatness if greatness is expected of him." Definitely could beat out my samsung saga though.

Re: Verizon Droid...
Still wish iPhone was available with Verizon, though (yeah yeah, I know you can hack it).
