I saw this movie for the first time last night. It deserved all the attention it got!

Great movie and story. The Indian gal in the movie is gorgeous.

I didn't understand the hype over the movie. While I don't think the movie sucked, it wasn't worthy of any of the praise or awards it was given.

There is a reason Paul Blart Mall Cop had higher ticket sales.

I really enjoyed it, definitely one of my favorites last year.

Wow, really. Its a great movie difficult to watch, there aren't many movies that can make you angry,sad, happy in a span of 2hrs. The movie plays on all emotions and makes you think about the way's of life outside of your own. That is why it got all the hype and why its a great movie.

FYI Hancock was the 4th highest gross movie of 2008.....and that movie was awful! Doesn't mean anything

Slumdog was good, I enjoyed seeing it, but it isnt a buy for me. Its more of an experience than it is entertainment.

I thought it was a really good, enjoyable movie, and probably what made it notable was being such a cast of unknowns with a low budget. Beyond that, it wasn't in my top ten by any means.
