    Taking a look back:
    A-Rob finished the 2009 season with a career high 1195 rushing yards. A-Rob ended the 2010 season with 946 yards. Split some carries with Shontrelle and Woody that season.

    What happened with A-Rob and him signing with that semi-pro team in Cedar Rapids? I hasn't heard anything so looked on their website and he is listed as "Refused to Report" on their roster.
