I'm sorry but 16 year olds shouldnt be allowed to drive in Iowa.
Keep them on a permit or school only license until they are 18.
I know this wont be popular but when you look at the stats, you'll see
that 16-18 contributes to 35% of the accidents and tickets.

Excessive intake of alcohol, we all know, kills brain cells, but naturally it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first. In this way regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine. That's why you always feel smarter after a few beers. -

Plus, if I did something stupid on my own at 16-18, they found out about it and my *** got chewed. If I don't get a license until 18, they send me to college hoping I know what I'm doing.

Re: Teen wrecks 3 times in 30 minutes
Add the fact that she was driving on a suspended license for reckless driving, and I think she is going to be sans license for at least a couple of years.
