Since you have kids and a trust involved, you should run it by a lawyer. A notarization on an invalid document isn't going to do your children much good.

They're everywhere. Check with your bank or credit union. I'm sure ISU has several offices staffed with notaries. I got something notarized at Younker's in Des Moines once.
