Just turned it on. Don't let me down.
If you like history, I highly recommend the book. Cornelius Ryan's "The Longest Day" and Stephen E. Ambrose, Band of Brothers.

I love this kind of stuff. It demonstrates an incredible time in our history as a country and the outcome that provides us the current freedoms we all now take for granted.
Very cool stuff. There is a lot of color footage that isn't your standard WWII footage.
Last month I was in Normandy so I'm going to love this.
Has anyone ever seen the videos of Hitler where they polished up the audio and video and put it in color. VERY powerful stuff. I watched a documentary on how people got brain washed by the dude and I can see why after watching those videos. Unfortunatly I would have to say that he was one of the best public speakers of all time.
no but if you could point me towards those vids I would be much abligied
Thanks, CYCRAZY, for bringing this to my attention. I'm a big WWII history fan. I'll second the recommendation of Band of Brothers by Stephen E. Ambrose.
