    Digital channel 11

    Anyone having trouble with the digital channel 11? For over the past month maybe, channel 11 blips in and out non-stop. I have rotated the antenna with no improvement. The signal strength will be high and then just lost and right back up. Having no problems with any other channels in SE Iowa.
