Tim Floyd
Sorry if this is common knowledge. But, I was just flipping through the channels & happened to stop on the Timberwolves game (I live in MN) because it was a 1 point game with just a few seconds left. New Orleans called a Time Out & I was amazed to see good 'ol Timmy on New Orleans' coaching staff.
I didn't expect to see him coaching again so soon, especially on a team he was previously the head coach for.

Re: Tim Floyd
I know it won't happen... but I'd love to see that dude back at Hilton.
Or LE, would be good too.

Re: Tim Floyd
How about Timmy F as the head coach with LE as his top assistant. Or LE as the head coach with Timmy F as the recruiter. Originally Posted by Psyclone Brian I know it won't happen... but I'd love to see that dude back at Hilton.

Re: Tim Floyd
There will need to be a total obliviation of our team before a change is made, and the buyout will need to be minimal to nothing.

Re: Tim Floyd
I'm not going to argue the merits of Floyd and/or Eustachy coming back to ISU in any capacity. I'm going to just flat state that it will never, ever happen.

Re: Tim Floyd
I know it will not happen, however, I would love to have LE back. Tim Floyd? I think I would rather not have the NCAA breathing down my back at all times.
I'm on Twitter too: Tre4ISU
Or so I have read. -

My unofficial understanding of the Floyd-USC was that he was set up to be a sacrificial lamb for a long history of shadiness, and the NCAA more or less knows this.
(cough.. Reggie Bush cough..)
Lets be realistic, IF money was given to OJ Mayo's handler, it would of likely been greater than $1000 and Floyd would of not done it himself.

Re: Tim Floyd
You know, I don't think LE would come back if he were offered. A lot of people who go through treatment like he did don't like to go back to an old environment. I have a friend who doesn't go to certain places anymore because it reminds him of when he used to drink.
