Does anyone know of any software that can be used to save a whole website to your hard drive and be able to access it later offline? For example, lets say you want to save every recipe at recipe.com (just as an example). Is there some piece of software that will do this?

wget is my tool of choice.
Aside from that there are a few firefox plugins I think.
It's getting harder and harder to do these days since everything uses flash and ajax and whatnot so it's a bit more difficult than just recursing through hyperlinks.
