Use Windows Vista and for some reason Internet Explorer 8 will not start. If I try to open from the desktop, or a program tries to utilize it, it just opens and sits there with the "connecting..." running.

I have try to shut down all the add-ons and open but to no avail.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
