Chicago - Comcast or RCN?

Chicago fanatics,

Any insight on Comcast or RCN for cable and internet? Unfortunately have to give up my Directv on the move. HD quality? Internet speed or outages?

AT&T - $40 dry-loop (no phone) dsl for 3.0 Mbps

RCN has 20Mbps for $49.99. Also, I looked into the Uverse and it's not available for my area.

depending on where you are living check out clear communications, which is a 100% wireless service. they are not offering throughout all of chicago yet but are adding areas every day. i cannot get it due to where i live but have friends that love it
