Ok, not that this is anything new, but during the game tonight when we're getting down the stretch, one minute left and ISU is taking the ball down the court, why does Mediacom feel the need to put a damn commercial on?!?!? And that horrible "shoes that fit" commercial (not that i don't support the program, but "'thank you mediacom!' - 'You're welcome, small child'" drives me nuts)

but seriously, mediacom. Good job on tonights game actually getting the game on TV, thats an improvement, but commercials during the game is not necessary. STOP IT.

I got home just in time to watch the second half (it sounds like that was the only half worth watching) and counted SIX times that Mediacom interrupted with commercials while the game was in action. As soon as the game was over (of which I missed the last four seconds b/c of commercial) I got on Mediacom Connections 22 website and found an email address to their production dept. and wrote a scathing email. I would suggest all who were affected do the same - maybe they will get their heads out of their rear ends.

I was irate when this was happening. Kept screaming this is f'ing ridiculous. Once, fine. Twice, whatever, but six times? Six times with 3 of them coming in the final 4 minutes? I think maybe 5 of them came in the second half.

This doesn't surprise me with Mediacrap. 3 years ago when they had their spat with Sincrap(Sinclair) I vowed to never have Mediacrap again. Haven't been happier since. Went to Dish Net and never looked back. Not sure if Dish even had the game tonight because I was at the bar but with the newest conflict with Sinclair and the possibility of losing bowl games and NFL playoff games I'm still very pleased with my choice!!!

Y'all need to email their customer support, and in a calm and rational but firm manner let them know what was going on. Seriously. Now that there is actually competition, I find that cable/satellite companies actually do pay more attention to customer complaints, particularly if there are multiple complaints.

I'm generally not a conspiracy theorist, but I'm pretty sure Hawk fans are behind the Eastern Iowa mediacrap woes. This is not a new thing, and it only happens in Eastern Iowa during ISU broadcasts.

Another vote for the Eastern Iowa Mediacom Conspiracy. My parents in NE Iowa frequently have ISU games cut off to show Chatfield, Minnesota girls high school basketball. I am not kidding. One thing Mediacom got right is paying for ESPN360. Thank God.
