How to fix State Economy

Reading the news this week I see that Vancouver is having problems with lack of snow for the Olympics. After digging out again tonight I've decided that Iowa should ship some snow up there. That's got to be worth some money, right? I've got a big pile in my front yard that I'd even be willing to shovel into the truck myself.

Even if they get it in there it will be hard to keep it, there could be temps in the 60's. Imagine wearing shorts and a t-shirt to watch the winter olympics.

If you could figure out a way to ship it while preventing the snow from doing a phase change while operating at a low cost, then sure...

but i have a feeling that might not happen?
