    so just go after anopheles , specifically those species of anopheles that can carry P. falcipricum.

    Besides, its not like you could cause a significant reduction in the population of mosquitoes unless you were to mount the lasers to robots and send them into areas where the mosquitoes breed. And I don't want to think about that, given the skynet thread we've already had this week.

    The next step would be to figure out something that attracts them and drives them towards the laser.

    CO2 and heat. both easily generated by burning small amounts of natural gas. Or we could send over some used gym towels.
